    On 30th October - 1st November , for the 40th Anniversary of the Declaration Nostra Aetate, proclaimed by Pope Paul VI at the Council Vatican II on 28 October , a joint symposium on "Nostra Aetate: Origins, Promulgation, Impact on Jewish-Catholic Relations" was held in Jerusalem by the Center for the Study of Christianity at the Hebrew University, in conjunction with the John XXIII.
